Individual sessions are available at the Fit Energy studio in Clifton Park, NY.  These personalized sessions are designed with YOU in mind. Each session is geared towards your individual needs, whether it’s weight loss, building strength, increasing flexibility, gaining consistency with exercise, rehabilitating an injury or helping to improve overall muscle imbalances.  Choose from 30 min or 45 min sessions.
