Small group training sessions are available at the Fit Energy studio in Clifton Park, NY.  These smaller groups have between 3-8 participants max. These are suitable for all levels with modifications and progressions demonstrated as needed.  We keep our classes smaller so that you still get that individualized attention with the main focus on correct form and mindful movement. These are full body workouts using various equipment including: TRX, free weights, kettlebells, ropes, bands, BOSU, body bars, medicine balls, stability balls, etc.  All group training sessions are 45 min.

*(Must sign up before 9pm Monday night for Tuesday morning class)

Mat Pilates:

Wednesday 6:45 PM – Mat Pilates (35 min)
