Small group training sessions are available at the Fit Energy studio in Clifton Park, NY.  These smaller groups have between 3-4 participants max. These are suitable for all levels with modifications and progressions demonstrated as needed.  The smaller groups allow you to receive that individualized attention with the main focus on correct form and mindful movement. These are full body workouts using various equipment including: TRX, free weights, kettlebells, ropes, bands, BOSU, body bars, medicine balls, stability balls, etc.  All group training sessions are 45 min. (If you have your own group of 3-4, we can arrange a set time for you to workout together.)

Small Group Training/Functional Strength:

Monday and Wednesday-  8:30 AM and 4:30 PM
Friday – 8:30 AM
Saturday – 8:00 AM

 

Small Group Training/Mat Pilates:

Wednesdays 7:30 PM – Mat Pilates (35 min)

  • no class Nov 21st or Dec 5th
