Small group training sessions are available at the Fit Energy studio in Clifton Park, NY. These smaller groups have 4-6 participants max. These are suitable for all levels with modifications and progressions demonstrated as needed. The smaller groups allow you to receive that individualized attention with the main focus on correct form and mindful movement. These are full body workouts using various equipment including: TRX, free weights, kettlebells, ropes, bands, BOSU, body bars, medicine balls, stability balls, etc. All small group training sessions are 45 min. Mid-Day express is 30 min. (If you have your own group of 4-6, we can arrange a set time for you to workout together.) Live Online Training also available.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 8:30 AM
Monday and Wednesday – 12:15 PM (1/2 hour)
Monday and Wednesday – 5:45 PM
Saturday – 8:00 AM
