Small group training sessions are available at the Fit Energy studio in Clifton Park, NY.  These sessions are limited in size to no more than 10 per class and are suitable for all levels with modifications and progressions demonstrated as needed.  We keep our classes smaller so that you still get that individualized attention with a focus on correct form. These are full body workouts using various equipment including: TRX, free weights, ropes, bands, BOSU, body bars, medicine balls, stability balls, etc.  All group training sessions are 45 min.
