Join us at Henry Hudson Park in Bethlehem, NY  for a 35 min Boot Camp workout followed by 1-1/2 hours of kayaking down the Hudson River,  Papscanee Creek, Vloman Kill or the Moordener Kill on the other side of the Hudson River. Maybe even spot some wildlife during our paddle.  

The park offers public restrooms, beautiful grounds, a picnic area and plenty of free parking! Please bring an exercise mat and a bottle of water.  This will be a fun morning…get a good workout on land and on the water.

Please bring a bottle of water, healthy snacks, exercise mat, and a great attitude!
All levels are welcome.

$32 includes the BootCamp and Kayak rental.

$12 BootCamp ONLY (BYOK…bring your own kayak)
