BootCamp and Kayaking – Sunday, August 12th

Join us at Henry Hudson Park in Bethlehem, NY  for a 35 min Boot Camp workout followed by 1-1/2 hours of kayaking down the Hudson River,  Papscanee Creek, Vloman Kill or the Moordener Kill on the other side of the Hudson River.
