• Beginning Strength Training Camp – Starts Oct 7th

    If you are just starting out this is the class for you. Learn some basic strength training exercises to get you headed in the right direction. Learn proper form and technique. This is a 4-week beginner’s program designed to help you advance into the other group training programs. Class size is limited to only 8 participants.
    Dates: Sat., Oct 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th
    Time: 11-11:45 am
    Introductory Rate: $49 for 5 class pass (these 4 classes plus one additional of your choice)
