Our Story

For 21 years, Lori Whelan has been helping her clients transform their lives. By showing how to incorporate fitness into a consistent routine and by inspiring them to eat whole foods, numerous clients have been successful in their weight loss endeavors, building overall functional strength, increasing flexibility, coming off medications, and developing a lifestyle of healthy habits. Her specialties include: weight loss, corrective/rehabilitation exercise, injury prevention, building self-confidence, pilates and lifestyle coaching.

CERTIFICATIONS: NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Power Pilates Mat Certified Instructor, TRX Suspension Certified Instructor, American Heart Association CPR/AED.

Personal Training

Individual and private workout sessions customized to your needs with an emphasis on correct form. Each session is designed to help YOU get closer to your goals. Sessions are held at the Fit Energy studio in Clifton Park, NY.

Specialties include improving functional strength, Pilates, weight loss, decreasing body fat, rehabilitating an injury, increasing range of motion and flexibility.

Group Training

Small Group Training sessions at the Fit Energy studio in Clifton Park, NY.Awesome full body workouts designed for all levels beginner to advanced. Various fitness equipment is used including: TRX, free weights, ropes, bands, Bosu, stability balls., etc. These sessions are limited to no more than 10 per class so that you will get individualized attention with a focus on correct form.

Enjoy the benefits of training anywhere in the world and from the privacy of your own home or gym with the ongoing support of an experienced personal trainer. Personal Online Training and Group Training options available based on your preferences. Coaching calls are included and a huge part of online training.
